What a fantastic hidden gem! This restaurant/cafe/shop is simply on of the best guarded secrets in Nordsjælland and Lyngby! It is located a bit outside of the city center, but it is well worth the journey. The place is a great mix between a cafe, restaurant and shop, which works really well. The food is absolutely fantastic and it’s very fair priced. They have a good mix between classic Danish smørrebrød and a nice a-la-carte selection, including a few child-friendly options. They also have a brunch which I have yet to try. The waiters are all very friendly and provides great service. We are definitely going back again soon - and it gets my biggest recommendation.

Very good experience. The food, although it took a while was delicious. the girl who attended was very nice to us. In addition, the site has an additional charm in the decoration.

What a lovely shop! Filled with a bit of everything: plants, vintage furniture, new home goods & linens, sweets and treats. All my favorite little things! Very kind shopkeepers, Ole & Karin, made our experience memorable. We will definitely be back!

Lovely proprietors, service and food. A very interesting and sweet little shop also. We will be going back! ( And they have gluten free bread, which made many menu items accessible for me!)

If I were to live in Copenhagen I would drive weekly just to have lunch at this little gem of a restaurant. Thanks again to Google maps for showing it while we were driving back from Germany to Vedbaek...the pictures shown were not convincing (merchandise? clothing?) but the star rating convinced me it was worth a stop. I ordered their 1.Juleplatte (it was the holiday season) which consisted of generous portions of herring, duck confit, vegetable salad with hazelnuts, and pickled mushrooms in sour cream. Contrasting flavors and textures that were extremely satisfying. To drink a glass of Glogg (mulled wine) was the perfect pairing. My friends were also delighted with their choices, 2.a pork belly sandwich and 3.If memory serves me right a filet of fish, over sourdough bread, topped with a fried egg sunny side up and a salad. For dessert we shared their apple crumble with whipped cream. We did not have to eat for the rest of the day. And yes the merchandise was much better in person than the poorly lit pictures posted on google

Lovely little cafe with excellent coffee. They also have a beautiful gift shop selling a huge range of products including clothing, bath/body care, plants, candles and handbags. The salted caramel oversized cookie was completely scrumptious!

We went there for Sunday brunch. Helpful and understanding staff. Great atmosphere - and acoustics in the room. Fantastic food. Only drawback is that as tourists it is too far away from where we normally live.
